200 kV potential (potential arcs range from 2 to 3" depending on humidity)  Fully assembled. 45 cm high, 18 cm (7") diameter oblate.  Operates in humidity up to 85%.  Spare neoprene belt.  1-3/4" diameter opaque clear PVC column.  Replacement belt is 25" in circumference.  Color may vary.
