DNA Molecule Set

A revolutionary DNA model supplying the necessary parts to construct 2 complete DNA molecules using components nucleic acid bases C cytosine, A adenine, G guanine, and T thymine. Color-coded, molded plastic bases are shaped to assure purine-purine and pyrimidine-pyrimidine pairing. Twelve pairs of bases snap onto a supporting rod while two stretchable phosphate backbone strands join the ends. This model consists of 48 bases, 4 strands, 2 supporting rods, and pedestals in a sturdy storage box. Illustrated instructions and key cards included.
