Bacterial Pollution Kit

A sterile culture medium that is ready to heat, and sterile Bi-Petri Dishes are among the materials for students to test for the presence of coliform bacteria in water. The kit provides for the detection of E.Coli (human and animal enteric bacteria) and total bacteria in up to 20 natural water samples, and requires one 45-minute class period.
