This set of 8 sequential models graphically illustrate the division of chromosomes and mitotic apparatus. Organelles and cell inclusions are embedded in strong, crystal-clear plastic globes consisting of the nucleus, nucleolus, double thread chromosomes (each in a different color), centrioles, centromeres (kinetochores), aster, and spindle fibers.
